is THE ORIGINAL BARBELL CLASS, the ideal workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 400 calories. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically-backed moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more. 

Basic stepping, just like walking up and down stairs, is at the heart of BODYSTEP – a full-body cardio workout to really tone your butt and thighs.
In a BODYSTEP workout you can expect a mixture of upbeat, rhythmic stepping, with squat and lunge patterns to work the legs. Combine this with movements like burpees, push ups and weight plate exercises, and the result is a fun, uplifting, full-body workout! Conditioning workout using barbells and adjustable weights to firm and tone.

A high intensity, cardio workout to help your build muscle, increase power and become lean.

This class works the large muscle groups with simple un-choreographed high intensity intervals and offers quick results. Traditional body weight exercises and high intensity interval training combined.

Over 50’s Keep Fit
Enjoyable and beneficial classes comprising of low impact aerobic routines.  Not just for the “more mature”.

The mind and body regime uses smooth controlled movements to stretch and tone the body and improve flexibility and posture.

is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s fun, low impact and you can burn up to 500 calories a session. With great music pumping and the group cycling as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. In an RPM workout you repeatedly rotate the pedals to reach your cardio peak then ease back down, keeping pace with the pack to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness. RPM is a great way to build up your sense of personal achievement. You can draw on the group’s energy and find your rhythm in the music. You control your own resistance levels and speed so you can build up your fitness level over time. It’s a journey, not a race!

This is the workout you never knew you needed. An invigorating blend of Pilates, barre, and power yoga set to modern beats. With small, controlled movements, you sculpt and strengthen all major muscle groups, improve alignment and increase flexibility. It’s a low impact but intense way to heat up your training.

An aerobic class which makes use of a platform, over which exercise moves are performed in a variety of combinations.

A conditioning workout which targets those areas that need firmed up.  Stability balls are used to isolate target muscle groups.
